Direct items are eligible for free returns or exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving, as long as the piece is unused. Designer made pieces are eligible for cancelations as long as the designer has not already started creating your piece. After the designer has started working on your piece they are non-refundable and non exchangeable as they are made especially for you.
